Family Tree Healthcare is a multi-faceted social services company whose guiding mission is to create programs in underserved populations of Color which promote healthy communities and families.

FTHC takes the holistic approach (a healing philosophy that views a patient as a whole person, not just a disease or a collection of symptoms) and extends it to working with communities—a philosophy that views a community as a whole, not just a community at risk or collection of problems, but one that has leaders, has assets and has value to “heal itself.”
